This beach house in Manyana was built in 1993. At the time it was a small one bedroom loft style shack which suited the owners, with a young family, to come for weekends and spends days on the beach or playing cricket in the front yard.

Leybrook transformed this "shack" into a three bedroom holiday home with a large carport & store room extension which gave the owners a much improved holiday experience, with the extended front deck allowing them to dine in or out of the house when the weather suited.

The new main bedroom to the rear of the carport and store room has made an amazing difference to this property.

The interior was also renovated to today's standards, and is now a pleasure to stay at.
