Recreating the traditional Australian beach shack into a modern lifestyle haven was the goal for this project.

Leybrook understood the owner's desire for a spacious inviting outdoor entertaining area at the front and rear of the property to make the most of the ocean views to the front and casual space at the rear.

The internal spaces had previously been renovated with an updated kitchen and bathroom, and restructuring of the indoor space to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor flow for an ideal holiday retreat.

-Front veranda extensions
-New gable roof construction over deck
-Removal and replacement of all windows and doors to improve protection against the elements, including a stunning new entrance
-Removal of old roof and installation of a full new Colourbond custom-orb roof
-Battening the entire house and installing new cladding.

-New Colourbond fence to property
-Installation of new steel power pole to property with underground cables to the house.
